YES, these guys are the real deal! In my interactions with this company, I found the staff to be responsive, patient, professional and thorough. They listened, clarified details that I didn't understand, and genuinely cared that I understood - which is rare for a subject matter expert. I contacted this business on Thursday, August, 24th, and had scheduled an appointment for Thursday, August, 25th, at approximately 3:30pm. Around 3pm Ryan from All Knight Security sent a text letting me know he would be on his way for the appointment.

Right around 3:20pm Ryan arrived and we began going over what I was wanting for my home. I explained in detail about wanting a camera that has a strong capability to see license plates very clearly day / night, vehicles, and people. The reason for this was due to 5 different occasions suspects would park across from my home and dump items they didn't want after burglarizing peoples homes / cars.

I even had a Metro Sergeant who I will not name, explain in detail what took place with his own home and he made some strong suggestions and emphasized on having some high quality cameras that can see the license plates of a vehicle / people. After telling Ryan this he made some really great affordable suggestions and showed me some options.

Some of the very options he suggested were cameras that are used in Hotels / Casinos, stores, and etc. On Wednesday, August, 31st, 2022 again Ryan and I met to go over the cameras he would install and allowed me to actually view them first hand and again he sent a text letting me know he was on his way. Ryan did not attempt to upsell me on anything and truthfully he could've as I asked for top quality and he actually showed me options that would work and save money for my home.

He basically showed me the other cameras that have the very capabilities and showed me cameras that were which both excellent. He has all sorts of cameras from low to the highest grade possible. He explained he could install the top notch as I wanted, but it would be a waste for me and after he explained everything and showed me the cameras I saw the difference and had to agree.

Seeing the cameras actually operating and how they will mimic the RING cameras was a huge reason why I left RING and went with these dome style cameras! I will say from start to finish Ryan made everything understandable and explained everything thoroughly before making the purchase.

The scheduling was easy with Ryan, he put me on the schedule and gave me a date and time he could be at my home. The day of install Ryan arrived on time at 0750 hours and went over everything with me and he began his setup process.

During the week I noticed some minor issues with the front door camera and the two outside cameras not picking up on the license plates, so Ryan gave me a date and time he could swing by to fix the camera issues and finish up in a closet space which was not a big deal.

On Wednesday, September, 21, 22 Ryan returned as promised and fixed the wiring in the closet space and went through the front door camera and two outside cameras. After everything he refined the camera and messed with the settings and now I see license plates and etc clearly!

I would 110% highly recommend All Knight Security to friends and family. Even at work I had highly suggested All Knight Security, because how great the cameras are, customer service, and they install everything. I almost got in trouble for making the recommendation at work, because some thought I worked for this business and I do not work for them or affiliated with them in any way. I am just what you would call a definitely satisfied customer who had excellent service done by this business!

This business will not upsell you on anything! They even downgraded what I wanted, because he said it would be overkill. Ryan and Troy were legit awesome and down to earth guys. Getting my fourth camera from them.

I reached out to All Knight security with questions I had regarding at home surveillance and was answered almost immediately! A quote was given quickly and a few days later my install was happening at my home. Ryan and Troy, which I discovered were the two business owners, were prompt and professional. My home feels more safe than ever and I know how to use my system efficiently after given a step by step on how to use it, and can even view it on my phone being away from home. We had old technology as to security cameras. Cameras were old, system was rigid as to software and hardware.

All Knight Security replaced our entire system within 2 days on a weekend with new cable and cameras. We now have technology that is easy to use, clear sharp video, and enhanced footprint of what we can see.

They were really helpful and explaining everything to me showing me. The quality difference between the cameras and I also got the doorbell on the front door. They made sure to hook it up electrically because if I had one with the cheaper version with a battery they'd have to come out periodically to change. It or it would stop working. I can tell you my system is absolutely trouble free and so easy to is very happy highly recommend them. And the upgrades from the basics are very reasonable. I highly recommend that as well.

I overpaid to have this doorbell that I purchased installed. just a few months later the doorbell's not working and they want to charge me $150 an hour to come out and do the work the proper way, that they should have done in the first place
